Please join us for an evening of tending to your own precious heart. Through a powerful combination of healing touch, restorative sound, and gentle guidance, the Heart2heart Team will provide participants with the heartspace to love fully, grieve deeply, and find comfort.
What to expect:
Guests are invited to relax into the stillness of their tender hearts with a guided journey into healing. Event will include meditation, sacred music, and optional gentle yogic touch from the Heart2heart team including Cathy Brooksie Edwards, Amy Durso, Lolly Dunlap, and Sheila Fleming.
What to bring:
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and any other similar items to support your maximum comfort. Chairs will be provided.
How to register:
This community event does not require advanced registration and is being offered on sliding scale with a "by donation" fee to participate. Participants can donate online here or at the event. All funds raised go to support the ongoing work of Heart2heart in bringing needed healing to our community. Feel free to arrive several minutes early to prepare your spot and settle into your sacred space for participation.
